I made this painting during my first year at OCAD U for my Painting 1 class as a colour matching still life. I love this painting for its bright colours, but also because it was a really fun painting to to work on. During that time in my life, I would be very uptight about details, but it was with this painting where I decided to focus on the "impression" of details instead.
